Lauren Steinberg
Professional Grief Coach
I’m Lauren Steinberg, a Grief Coach dedicated to supporting individuals navigating one of life’s most profound and personal experiences—the loss of a parent or the anticipatory grief of a parent facing a terminal illness.
This season of life can feel overwhelming and disorienting. The person who once grounded you, guided you, or simply was always there is changing, fading, or gone. You may find yourself caught between holding on and letting go, managing responsibilities while carrying a weight that feels invisible to others.
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone. It can bring waves of sadness, anger, guilt, confusion—and moments of deep longing. It can impact your relationships, your sense of identity, and how you move through everyday life.
But even in the midst of this pain, there is space for healing.
I am here to help you navigate this journey with Compassion, Support, Understanding, and Gentle Strength. Together, we will create a safe space for your grief, where you can process your emotions, honor your relationship with your parent, and find ways to carry both love and loss forward.
I will guide you with tools and practices that help you cope, feel less alone, and slowly reconnect with yourself and your life in a meaningful way.
Your grief is valid. Your experience matters.
You don’t have to walk this path alone and I’m honored to walk it with you.
